Pukka Print Returns & Refund Policy
Last updated: 4th August 2026
At Pukka Print Linen, we take great care to ensure that every order is carefully prepared and inspected before it leaves us. As many of our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
As our fabrics are cut specifically to the quantity ordered, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect quantity ordered
Incorrect colour or design selected
Orders where the customer no longer requires the fabric
We therefore recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing a larger order if you are unsure about the colour, texture or suitability of a design.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
If your order arrives:
Damaged in transit;
Faulty;
Defective; or
Incorrect due to our error,
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing office@pukkaprintlinen.com.
Where possible, please include:
Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer one of the following remedies:
A replacement;
A repair (where appropriate);
A full or partial refund; or
Another suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Returning Faulty Goods
If we ask you to return a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the return.
Where the return is due to our error or because the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.
Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of agreeing that a refund is due.
Colour Variation
We make every effort to display our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of printed textiles.
Minor variations that do not affect the quality or usability of the fabric are not considered faults.
We recommend requesting a CFA (cutting for approval) before placing larger orders if colour accuracy is important for your project.
Fabric Characteristics
Our fabrics are traditionally printed and may display slight variations that are inherent to the printing process. These characteristics form part of the fabric's unique appearance and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
